Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the hygiene nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition within 48 hours of delivery.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Are your lipsticks and palettes suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are dermatologically tested and designed to be gentle; however, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
